Zinc alloy is an alloy material based on zinc and formed by adding elements such as aluminum, copper and magnesium, which has demonstrated strong competitiveness in the field of hardware manufacturing.
In terms of casting performance, the melting point of zinc alloy is only 380 - 430℃, with excellent fluidity, allowing for the casting of highly precise parts. The dimensional tolerance can be controlled within ±0.02mm, and the finest structures as small as 0.3mm can be cast. It is suitable for manufacturing complex-shaped hardware accessories. In terms of mechanical properties, the tensile strength of common zinc alloys ranges from 200 to 420MPa, the yield strength is 160 - 380MPa, and the hardness is between 60 and 120HB, meeting the strength requirements of most hardware products. Moreover, the wear rate is only one-third of that of copper alloys, demonstrating excellent durability.
In terms of corrosion resistance, the corrosion rate of zinc alloy in the atmosphere is less than 0.05mm/a. After surface treatment, its corrosion resistance is further enhanced, allowing for long-term use in harsh environments. Additionally, zinc alloy is highly processable and can be processed through various methods such as die-casting, injection molding, welding, and electroplating, catering to different manufacturing needs of products.
Haozhifeng Machinery takes technological innovation as its core and has achieved remarkable results in the application and research of zinc alloys. In terms of technology research and development, the company has formed a multi-disciplinary expert team and cooperates with research institutions to master advanced technologies such as high-pressure die-casting, vacuum die-casting, and surface treatment. High-pressure die-casting enhances the density and strength of parts, while vacuum die-casting reduces internal porosity defects, ensuring stable product quality.
In terms of quality control, Haozhifeng Machinery has established a strict system, conducting full-process inspections from raw material procurement to product delivery. High-quality zinc alloy raw materials are selected, and real-time monitoring of dimensions, strength, and corrosion resistance is carried out during production. Before delivery, comprehensive performance tests such as salt spray, wear resistance, and impact resistance are conducted to ensure that the products meet customer requirements.
