 The traditional body processing process is complicated, and the main material is steel. The body manufacturing consists of four major processes: stamping, welding, painting, and final assembly. There are pain points such as body weight, low flexibility, high cost, low efficiency, and low strength of parts.  With the development of automobile lightweight and electrification, integrated die-casting technology has begun to be favored by new energy car companies and new energy departments of traditional car companies.

The integrated die-casting technology can die-cast multiple independent parts that need to be assembled in the original design through a super-large die-casting machine, and directly obtain complete parts.  It has obvious advantages in terms of efficiency, car manufacturing precision, safety performance, and lightweight effect.
 Market changes and requirements brought about by integrated die casting:
 As a brand-new vehicle body manufacturing method, integrated die-casting technology greatly simplifies the process, but at the same time, it also brings new challenges to the manufacture of die-casting machines, die-casting materials and die-casting molds.  Taking the integrated mold as an example, it is large in size, complex in design, difficult in product structure, high in manufacturing cost, and long in preparation period, making the overall design difficult.  As the development speed of market models continues to accelerate, the production cycle is continuously compressed, there are more and more design changes, and the quality requirements are getting higher and higher, it is necessary for enterprises to respond quickly to market changes and demands.
 Most die-casting enterprises have problems such as slow data transmission, low production tracking efficiency, disconnection between process design and on-site execution, extensive cost management, chaotic logistics in and out of the factory, and low equipment utilization rate in production management.  How to further improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, and improve product quality has very important practical significance for die-casting companies in the current fierce competition.
