After receiving the customer's 2D drawing or 3D model, we first confirm the material, critical dimensions, tolerances, thread specifications and surface finish requirements, then work out a suitable machining plan.
The required aluminum alloy or other specified metal material is prepared according to the drawing. Material specifications and dimensions are checked before machining.
The outer profile, reference surfaces and main cavities are machined first to remove most of the material. The fixturing method is planned according to the part structure to establish stable machining references.
Critical bores, mounting surfaces, threaded holes and other functional features are then finished to the required dimensions. Suitable tools and cutting parameters are selected for different areas to minimize errors caused by repeated setups.
After machining, burrs are removed from edges, holes and CNC Machined Aluminum Enclosure internal cavities. Key dimensions and hole positions are checked using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges and other inspection tools.
Surface treatments such as anodizing, sandblasting, polishing or powder coating can be carried out according to the customer's requirements. Appearance and critical dimensions are checked again after finishing.
Before shipment, the finished parts are checked for dimensions, appearance and machining quality. Critical holes and machined surfaces are properly protected to prevent scratches or damage during transportation.
