Haozhifeng Brake Caliper Adapter Bracket is used to mount a replacement brake caliper when its mounting holes do not match the original vehicle mounting points.The bracket is installed between the vehicle mounting point and the caliper. Its main job is to provide the correct mounting position and keep the caliper properly aligned with the brake disc.For this type of part, the hole position, center distance, bracket thickness and offset are the important dimensions. These dimensions are machined according to the required vehicle and caliper configuration.We can make the bracket from aluminum alloy, ductile iron or other specified materials. CNC machining is used for the mounting holes and critical surfaces. The bracket can be supplied according to a drawing, 3D model, sample or measured dimensions.Brake disc sizes from 140 mm to 405 mm can be covered by different bracket designs.
